2011年赤峰市8~10岁儿童尿碘监测结果分析

目的了解赤峰市8~10岁儿童碘营养水平现状,为赤峰市的碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法在赤峰市按照随机抽样原则,对8~10岁儿童的尿碘浓度进行监测。结果在7个旗(县区)共采取了8~10岁儿童的尿样711份进行监测,尿碘浓度中位数为268.92μg/L,并且7个旗县区的尿碘中位数都200μg/L,并且有3个旗(县区)的尿碘中位数超过了300μg/L处于一个碘过量的水平。结论 7个旗县区儿童尿碘水平均达到了国家要求。建议在赤峰市进一步研究碘摄入量增加对甲状腺疾病的影响,并根据本市各地区碘营养状况适当调整食用盐中碘的含量,以使居民的碘摄入量在适宜的范围内。

Statistical analysis of monitoring data regarding urinary iodine of children aged 8~10 years in Chifeng,2011

Objective To understand the Chifeng city in 8-10 years old children＇s iodine nutrition level of Chifeng City,to provide scientific basis for the iodine deficiency disease prevention and control work.Methods According to the principle of random sampling,monitoring of 8-10 years old children urinary iodine concentration in Chifeng.Results 711 samples of urine of children aged 8-10 years were monitored in Chifeng municipal area,the median of urinary iodine concentration was 268.92μg/L,and the median of urinary iodine of 7 counties in the district are larger than 200μg/L,and the median of urinary iodine of 3 counties in the more than 300μg/L at a level of iodine excess.Conclusion the 7 counties in the urinary iodine level has reached the national requirements.In Chifeng,further study on the effects of increased iodine intake on thyroid diseases,and according to the iodine nutritional status of the area the city adjust the content of iodine in edible salt,so that residents of the iodine intake in suitable ran.
