鄂尔多斯市预防接种工作者和婴儿家长乙型肝炎预防知识、态度、行为调查

目的了解我市预防接种工作人员和婴儿家长对乙型肝炎的知识态度行为。方法采用整群分层抽样方法，用EPI—data软件处理数据，用SPSS软件统计分析。结果全市预防接；仲人员对乙型肝炎知识总的了解度为76．3％；婴儿家长对乙型肝炎知识的了解度因不同职业、不同文化程度、不同居住地区和不同家庭收入而不同。结论加强对预防接种人员和孕产妇乙肝知识的宣传是进一步提高儿童乙肝疫苗接种率的关键。

Methods Stratified cluster sampling method, using the EPI-data software to process the data and using SPSS software statistical analysis. Results Vaccination workers understand to hepatitis B knowledge the degree of 76.3%; infants parents the degree of understanding of hepatitis B knowledge is different for different occupations, different cultural levels, different residential areas, and different family income. Conclusion Streng then the publicity on the prevention of the immunization workers and maternal hepatitis B knowledge is the key to further improve children＇s hepa titis B vaccination rate.
