人巨细胞病毒对母婴的影响

为探讨人巨细胞病毒感染对母儿的影响，采用ＥＬＩＳＡ法对１８１８例早、中、晚孕期孕妇进行ＨＣＭＶ病原体血清学监测，并对部分感染者的羊水、胎盘组织、脐血等采用ＰＣＲ方法监测ＨＣＭＶ－ＤＮＡ，同时采用Ｂ超监测胎儿的生长发育及新生儿结局。结果发现早、中晚期孕妇中有７８例为活动性感染（４．３％），并发胎膜早破和早产１７例。新生儿先天感染２２例（２８．２１％），２例 流产、４例畸形、１３例头颅Ｂ超异常，９只耳

Influences of Maternal Human Cytomegalovirus(HCMV) Infection on Mothers and Newborns

To explore HCMV infection among gravidas and influences of the infection on mother,fetus and newborns,the CMV-IgM antibody in sera from 1818 gravidas in three trimesters were tested by ELISA,the CMV-DNA in amniotic fluid,placenta and cord blood samples were determined by using PCR technique in some of infection women.The fetal growth parameters were monitored by using ultrasound,and neonates outcome were followed up also.The results showed that the infection rates in three trimesters were 89 2%,74 8%,97 8% respectively.78 cases were active CMV infection,22 out of 78 cases showed HCMV-DNA(+) in cord blood,peripheral blood,urine of newborn,placenta.The congenital infection rate of fetus was 28 21%(22/78).The premature rapture of membrane (PROM) and preterm labor were major complication in the group of active infection.The consequences of CMV active infection were as follows:2 cases had abortion,4 cases had deformity and 13 cases had cranial abnormality in B-mode ultrasonic examination,9 cases had abnormality in brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP).The findings suggest that the HCMV is a common infection,it is necessary to screen the infection in the pregnant period.The CMV-IgM antibody for the infants whose mothers had active HCMV infection should be tested,and long term following up need to be carried out.
