武汉东西湖区职业人群布病知识知晓率调查

目的了解武汉市东西湖区布鲁氏菌病职业人群对布病相关知识的知晓率及卫生行为习惯，为开展有针对性的健康教育提供依据。方法采用普查方法，对东西湖区与羊养殖、贩卖等密切相关的职业人群进行布病卫生防护知识和行为的问卷调查。结果共有效调查布病相关职业人员147人，男性居多，占62．59％（92／147），年龄集中在20～79岁，平均年龄50．6岁，职业以羊散养户为主占87．07％（128／147），初中及以下文化程度占77．56％（114／147），调查人群布病卫生防护知识总体知晓率为49．18％，其中男性对布病各相关知识的知晓率高于女性（X2=12．849，P〈O．01）。结论本次调查结果显示东西湖区相关职业人群对布病相关知识的知晓率低，散养户暴露于饲养环境以及与病死羊接触过程中采取个人防护措施的意识差，因此，在职业人群中加强布病相关知识的健康宣传至关重要。

Investigation and analysis on brucellosis of occupational groups related knowledge awareness rate in Dongxihu district of Wuhan city

Objective To investigate brucellosis of occupational related knowledge awareness rate and behavioral habits of brucellosis among high risk population in Dongxihn district of Wuhan city, so as to provide the basis for carrying out targeted health education. Methods Using census method,, to carry out a questionnaire investigation of health protection knowledge and behavior of brucellosis among sheep breeding, trafficking and other closely related populations in Dongxihu district. Results 147 Brucellosis related occupational persons were investigated. The majority were males, accounting for 62.59%（92/147 ）. Age were mainly from 20 to 79 years, average age of 50.6 years. Occupation in sheep mainly backyard farmers was accounted for 87.07% （128/147）, junior high school education or less accounted for 77.56% （114/147）, the investigation on brucellosis health protection knowledge overall awareness rate was 49.18%, the rate of male was higher than female （X2=12.849, P〈0.01）. Conclusion This results indicated that brucellosis of occupational related knowledge awareness rate was relatively lower in Dongxlhu district, backyard farmers exposed to the rearing environment, and take protective measures of lower consciousness in ：the ＇~oCes of content with animals, the awareness of personal protection contacted with dead sheep was poor. So it＇s importance to enhance education about brucellosis related knowledge in professional people.
