徐州市基本药物零差率政策对群众就医行为的影响

目的了解零差率政策实施后,居民对政策的认知度、满意度以及政策对居民就医行为带来的影响。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,对徐州市10区市县范畴内的10家卫生服务中心前来就诊的1 000名居民进行问卷调查,运用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计学分析。结果居民对＂零差率＂政策的认知率为40.3%,满意度为22.1%,学历、医保情况、月药费开销、就医次数与政策实施前就医地点的选择有关联（P〈0.05）,学历、医保情况、月药费开销、药品价格、就医次数与政策实施后就医地点的选择有关联（P〈0.05）,多因素分析显示,学历和月药费开销是影响就医地点选择的因素。结论 ＂零差率＂政策的认知率还需提高,政策的宣传力度有待加强,居民对就医地点的选择在改变,零差率政策正逐步引领新的就医模式。

Influence of zero rate policy of essential medicines on medical seeking behavior of masses in Xuzhou city

Objective To understand the implementation of the policy of zero rate, the residents of policy awareness,satisfaction, and policies on health seeking behavior of the residents. Methods Using stratified random sampling method,conducted a questionnaire survey of 1000 residents in Xuzhou City, 10 districts and counties within the scope of 10 health service centers to come for treatment, the use of SPSS 18.0 software for statistical analysis. Results Residents policy of ＂zero-rate＂ cognitive rate of 40.3%, 22.1% satisfaction, education, health care case, month drugs overhead, visits to the doctor and policy implementation before medical treatment the choice of location associated（P〈0.05）, education, health care case, the cost of monthly drug costs, drug prices, the choice of location for medical treatment after the visits to the doctor and policy implementation associated（P 〈0.05）, multivariate analysis showed that, qualifications and monthly medication cost factors affecting the choice of location for medical treatment. Conclusion The need to improve the recognition rate of the ＂zero-rate＂ policy, policy advocacy efforts need to be strengthened, residents of the choice of location for medical treatment in changing the policy of zero-rate gradually lead the new medical model.
