| 摘 要： | 长期护理在国际上通称为LTC(LongTermCare) ,是人口老龄化突出起来的社会必然现象。我国在经济承受能力薄弱的情况下 ,面临着严峻的老年人长期护理问题 ,但尚未引起社会的关注。对我国目前老年人长期护理需要和利用情况进行了分析 ,指出了长期护理利用中存在的障碍 ,并为如何应对长期护理问题提出了一系列建议。

| Abstract: | Long Term Care(LTC)is an essential society phenomenon by ageing population.We are facing the critical LTC of old people under the weak economy condition,but it isn't aroused our society's enough care.The need and utilization of LTC to old people are analyzed which points out the utilization obstacle of LTC and advances a series of proposals about how to resolve it. |
