Research on main policies and the trends of World Health Organization at different stages

World Heahh Organization policy is a series of global public policies including act, convention, regulation and guideline etc. This paper has summarized the policy environment and prior contents of World Health Organization at 6 different stages. It points out that the most important change is that the concept of World health organization policy was developing from ＇ assistance＇ to ＇ cooperation＇ and from ＇ curing disease＇ to ＇ security and development＇. The paper also discussed how the trends of policy changes of World Health Organization inspire health policy as well as international cooperation in China. It has the potential to contribute very significantly to the systematic understanding of the development and status as well as inspire health policy of international cooperation in China.
