Drug shortage is a universal problem all over the world. In order to solve the problem, many developed countries set up specific authorities for regulation. They communicate with the providers & consumers of drug to detect the shortage problem as early as possible and manage it with the power both from government and industries. The international experiences give us the idea that we must set up some specific institutions and ally the power from government & industries to deal with the drug shortage problem.
