某高校中高级知识分子严重慢性病患病现状及发病趋势

目的分析和研究某高校中高级知识分子患严重慢性病的主要病种、患病率、患者的性别、年龄分布及发病趋势。方法根据享受严重慢性病待遇人员数据库进行统计学分析。结果研究提示某高校中高级知识分子主要患有四种严重慢性病，患病率由高到低依次为以Ⅱ期以上高血压、饮食控制无效糖尿病、恶性肿瘤、心脏病（肺心病）伴心功能不全。男、女性严重慢性病患病率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。45～60岁年龄组患病人数呈现大幅度上升趋势，Ⅱ期以上高血压、饮食控制无效糖尿病是该年龄组的主要病种，且以Ⅱ期以上高血压患病率居首位。60岁以上年龄组各种严重慢性病患病率均为最高。45岁以下、45～60岁、60岁以上年龄组间严重慢性病患病人数结构比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论高校医疗保健机构要高度重视中高级知识分子的健康现状。

Prevalence and trend of serious chronic diseases among higll and middle rank intellectllals in a college

Objective To study the major types, prevalence rates, gender differences, age distribution and trend of serious chronic diseases among the high and middle rank intellectuals in a college. Methods The database of the patients with serious chronic diseases was statistically analyzed. Results There were four major types of chronic diseases among the high and middle rank intellectuals in the college, which were, according to the high-low prevalence rates, hypertension （over Phase Ⅱ ）, diabetes （diet invalid）, cancer and heart disease （pulmonary heart disease） with heart function incomplete. There was no significant statistical difference between the male and female patients in the prevalence rates of the chronic diseases, P 〉0.05. The number of the patients aged between 45 and 60 years old showed an upward trend. These patients mainly had hypertension （over Phase Ⅱ ） and diabetes （diet invalid）, with the former one having the top prevalence rate. The prevalence rate of the serious chronic diseases was the highest among the patients aged more than 60 years. There was a significant difference among the structures of the number of patients with serious chronic diseases aged below 45, 45-59 and over 60 years old, P 〈 0.05. Conclusions College heahh-care institutions should take a great importance to the health status of high and middle rank intellectuals.
