This paper describes the prevalence of subclinical hypothyroidism in pregnancy in recent years, its harm to pregnant women and their offspring, as well as the current research progress and problems to be solved, which has important public health significance for the prevention of subclinical hypothyroidism in pregnancy and health decision-making.
