某高校656名女教职工运动与健康认知情况调查

目的了解广东高校女教职工运动与健康关系的认知情况及态度。方法对广东省高校女教职工运动与健康关系的认知情况及态度,采用现场答卷的方式进行调查。结果有36.9%的女教职工有较强的锻炼意识;有39%的女教职工认为体育锻炼有必要;43%的女教职工体育锻炼无规律;52.1%女教职工认为锻炼身体不必要,71%及87%的女教职工不知道运动与身体和心理健康的关系。结论高校女教职工在紧张的工作和家庭生活中,多数缺乏基本的身心保健常识。因此,对女教职工加强身心保健知识方面的健康教育对于帮助她们养成良好的运动习惯是很有必要的。

Investigation on cognition and related factors of female university teachers and employees towards sports exercises and health

Objective To understand the cognition and attitude of the teachers and employees in the university of Guangdong Province towards the relationship between the sports excises and physical health.Methods A questionnaire survey was performed on site to the female teachers and employees who joined the work not more than one year in some university.Results The number of female teachers and employees with strong sports consciousness was 36.9%;that who believed sports exercises was necessary was 39%;43% of the female teachers and employees did not take regular exercises;52.1% of them considered that sports exercises were unnecessary;71% and 87% of the female teachers and employees did not know the relationship between the exercises and health respectively.Conclusions Most of the female teachers and employees in busy work and family life are lack of the basic physical health knowledge to help them to culture a good sports excise habit,so it is necessary to strengthen the health education both on physical and mental health for the newcomers.
