个性化护理干预对心血管疾病患者治疗效果的影响

目的探讨个性化护理干预对心血管疾病患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选取本院收治的心血管疾病患者232例，随机将患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组采取常规的护理，观察组实施个性化护理干预。对比2组患者治疗遵医行为及治疗效果。结果观察组患者合理饮食（75．86％）、按时吃药（95．69％）、康复锻炼（81．90％）、疾病控制率（92．24％）明显高于对照组；再次发病率（7．76％）、肢体障碍率（1．72％）明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论对心血管疾病患者实施个性化护理干预，可提高患者治疗依从性，促进患者康复，改善患者生活质量。

Impact of personalized nursing intervention on efficiency of therapy in patients with cardiovascular diseases

Objective To explore the impact of personalized nursing intervention on treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with cardiovascular diseases. Methods A total of 232 patients with cardiovascular diseases in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into a trial group and control group. The patients in the control group received the routine nursing and the patients in the trial group received personalized nursing intervention. The treatment compliance behaviors and the, therapeutic effects in two groups were investigated and the results were compared. Results The rates of reasonable diet, taking medicine in time, rehabilitation exercises, and disease control were 75.86%, 95.69%, 81.90%, and 92.24%, respectively, in the trial group, which were significantly higher than those in the control group. The rates of recurrence and physical disability were 7.76 % and 1. 72 %, respectively in the trial group, which were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The personalized nursing intervention in patients with cardiovascular disease can improve their adherence to treatment, promote rehabilitation and improve quality of life.
