补肾活血汤与定坤丹序贯治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果

目的 探讨补肾活血汤与定坤丹序贯治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果及性激素水平变化。方法 选取2018年12月—2020年2月本院多囊卵巢综合征患者78例,按随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组,各39例,对照组予以炔雌醇环丙孕酮片进行治疗,研究组予以补肾活血汤与定坤丹进行序贯治疗。对比2组疗效、排卵情况及治疗前后性激素水平黄体生成激素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)]、最大卵泡直径变化,采用t检验和χ2检验等。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为97.44%,高于对照组的79.49%(P=0.029)。治疗后,研究组LH为(7.26±2.08)mIU/L、T为(1.87±0.59)nmol/L,低于对照组的(9.59±2.26)mIU/L、(2.29±0.48)nmol/L(t=4.737、3.449,P<0.001),FSH为(5.87±2.74)IU/L,高于对照组的(4.80±1.86)IU/L(t=2.018,P=0.047)。治疗后,研究组最大卵泡直径(20.66±4.13)mm,长于对照组的(15.62±3.35)mm(t=5.919,P<0.001);研究组排卵率为71.79%,高于对照组的48.72%(χ2=4.336,P=0.037)。结论 补肾活血汤与定坤丹序贯治疗多囊卵巢综合征,可提高疗效,改善性激素分泌情况,促进卵泡发育,提高排卵率。

Clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction and Dingkun pill on polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction and Dingkun pill on polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods From December 2018 to February 2020, 78 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in our hospital were randomly divided into a study group (n=39) and a control group (n=39). The control group was treated with ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets, and the study group was treated with Bushen Huoxue decoction and Dingkun pill. The curative effect, ovulation, sex hormone levels , and the change in the maximum follicle diameter before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the measurement data. t-test and χ2 test were used for comparison. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.44%, which was higher than that of the control group (79.49%) (P=0.029). After treatment, the average LH level was (7.26±2.08) mIU/L and average T level was (1.87±0.59) nmol/L of the study group, which were lower than those of the control group (t=4.737, 3.449, both P<0.001), and the average FSH level the study was higher than that of the control group (t=2.018, P=0.047). After treatment, the average maximum follicle diameter in the study group was longer than that in the control group , (t=5.919, P<0.001). The ovulation rate in the study group was 71.79%, higher than that in the control group (48.72%) (χ2=4.336, P=0.037). Conclusion Bushen Huoxue decoction and Dingkun pill can improve the curative effect, improve the level of sex hormones, promote the development of follicles, and increase the ovulation rate in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.
