南京某国际高中学生艾滋病知识知晓率及影响因素分析

目的 分析南京市某国际高中学生艾滋病知识知晓率及其影响因素,为制定高中生艾滋病健康教育策略提供依据。方法 对南京市某国际高中所有学生开展纸质问卷调查,统计分析艾滋病知识知晓率及其影响因素。结果 共纳入171名高中生为调查对象,艾滋病和梅毒的知识知晓率分别为56.1%和46.8%;有过性行为的占14.6%,其艾滋病知识知晓率最高为32.0%,(χ^(2)=10.799,P=0.005);有吸毒史的学生占9.3%,其艾滋病知识知晓率最高为31.2%,(χ^(2)=21.062,P<0.001);梅毒知识知晓者与不知晓者的艾滋病知识知晓率差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=21.716,P<0.001)。结论 该国际高中学生性病和艾滋病知识知晓率较低,对高中生开展毒品危害教育和性病艾滋病防治应作为健康教育工作重点。

Analysis of awareness rate and influencing factors of AIDS knowledge among students in an international senior high school in Nanjing City

Objective To analyze the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among students in an international senior high school in Nanjing and its influencing factors, so as to provide evidence for formulating high school students' AIDS health education strategies. Methods A paper questionnaire survey was conducted among all students in an international senior high school in Nanjing City, and the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge and its influencing factors were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 171 high school students were included in the survey. The knowledge awareness rates of AIDS and syphilis were 56.1% and 46.8% respectively; 14.6% of them have had sex, and the highest awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 32.0% (χ2=10.799, P=0.005). Students with a history of drug abuse accounted for 9.3%, and the highest awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 31.2% (χ2=21.062, P<0.001). There was a statistically significant difference in the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge between those who knew about syphilis knowledge and those who did not know it (χ2=21.716, P<0.001). Conclusion The awareness rate of sexually transmitted disease (STD) and AIDS knowledge among international high school students is low, and education on drug hazards and the prevention and treatment of STD and AIDS for senior high school students should be the focus of health education.
