西藏自治区教师吸烟行为及其影响因素的研究

目的了解西藏教师吸烟现状,并探讨其主要的影响因素,为在学校开展青少年控烟及创建无烟学校奠定基础。方法 2008年9月按照多阶段简单随机抽样的方法选取拉萨市、日喀则地区、山南地区22所学校的695名教师,进行一对一结构式问卷调查。结果教师总吸烟率为29.60%,现在吸烟率25.70%,男女吸烟率差异有统计学意义（χ2=294.6,P〈0.001）。26.60%的教师获得过烟草危害知识方面的教材或资料,7.30%的教师接受过关于预防青少年吸烟的培训。经Logistic回归分析,性别、烟草危害知识得分为教师吸烟的影响因素。结论教师人群吸烟率较高,烟草相关知识掌握相对不足,控烟相关教学活动的教材较少。积极开发学校控烟材料,加强教师控烟知识的健康教育和技能的培训是开展学校控烟活动的基础。

Study on Teachers Smoking and its Influential Factors in Tibet Autonomous

Objective To understand the smoking status and associated factors among teachers in Tibet. Methods A face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted in Lhasa city, Rikaze district, and Shannan district. A total of 695 teachers were interviewed. Results The general smoking rate and current smoking rate among teachers were 29.60% and 25.70%, respectively. A statistical significance was found in the smoking rate difference among male and female teachers （χ2=294.6, P0.001）. The logistic regression showed that gender and knowledge on smoking harm were factors associated with the smoking among teachers in Tibet. In addition, 26.60% of the teachers had been educated on the knowledge of smoking harm, and 7.30% had been trained on how to prevent teenage against smoking. Conclusion The smoking rate is high among teachers in Tibet. A lack of knowledge on smoking harm and health education on tobacco control is showed among teachers in Tibet. Thus, an improvement of teacher＇s knowledge and skill on tobacco control is needed.
