| 摘 要： | 终末期肾病是各种原因所致慢性肾功能衰竭的最严重阶段。该文对终末期肾病诊断标准及其相关概念进行了梳理，对国内外终末期肾病的地区、时间、人群流行病学三间分布结果及其病因进行了综述，并提出流行病学研究展望与思考。

| Abstract: | Based on literatures at home and abroad, the paper clarified end stage renal disease （ESRD） and relevant concepts. The epidemiologieal distributions and causes of ESRD among different population groups in different regions and different times were reviewed. It finally corned up with the author＇s views of future epidemiological studies. |
