70～90年代福建省居民糖尿病死亡分析

通过对福建省居民糖尿病死亡状况分析，揭示该省居民糖尿病死亡率呈逐步上升趋势。７０年代死亡率为１．７９／１０万，８０年代为３．５５／１０万，９０年代为０万；女性 增长速率高于男性。趋势分析显示农村居民的糖尿病死亡率昝于明显的上升趋势中，Ｐ〈０．０００１。城市女性居民上升趋势也极显著，男性则不显著。相关分析表明糖尿病与冠心病相关极为显著，ｒ＝０．８４，与脑血管病的相关程度次之，ｒ＝０．６０５，但相关也

An Analysis on the Death Cause of Diabetes in Fujian in 1970s

The death status of diabetes of Fujian residents in 1970s~1990s was reviewed and analyzed.The results showed that the mortality of diabetes in Fujian residents increased gradually.The mortality of diabetes was 1 79/100 000 in the 1970s,3 55/100 000 in the 1980s and 4 56/100 000 in the 1990s.The mortality in female increased faster than that in male.The tendency analysis also showed that the mortality of diabetes in rural residents had an obviously increasing tendency ( P <0 000 1);the increasing tendency in urban female was very significant,but urban male was not.The correlation analysis revealed that the diabetes had significant correlation to coronary heart disease( r =0 840),a secondly significant correlation to cerebrovascular disease( r =0 605),but there was no clear correlation to cancer disease.The mortality of diabetes was increased with age.The ages of 60~65 years old were the dangerous period of death caused by diabetes.
