常州市肺结核病合并糖尿病的流行病学分析

目的了解常州市肺结核病人合并糖尿病的流行病学情况 ,为制订结核病防治措施提供依据。方法对 1995～ 2 0 0 0年常州市新登记的肺结核病合并糖尿病的情况进行分析。结果常州市 1995～ 2 0 0 0年 6年间共登记肺结核病人2 2 38例 (不含结核性胸膜炎 ) ,平均年新登记率为 44 .2 3/ 10万 ,新登记率基本持平或略有下降 ,其中肺结核合并糖尿病的 88例 ,占肺结核病人的 3.93% ,且呈逐年上升趋势 (从 1995年的 2 .48%至 2 0 0 0年的 5 .2 2 % )。合并症的年新登记率从 1.2 4/ 10万上升至 2 .38/ 10万 ,年平均递增 11.48%。同时合并患有肺结核严重程度均较高其中痰涂片阳性占5 3.6 1% ,空洞比例为 32 .95 % ,复发比例为 2 6 .14% ,均明显高于新登记肺结核病人。从年龄上分析 6 0岁以上的老年人合并病人较多 ,占一半以上。结论糖尿病已对当地的结核病疫情产生显著影响

The Epidemiological Analysis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients Complicated with Diabetes in Changzhou

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with diabetes in Changzhou.Methods We investigated pulmonary tuberculosis cases (PTB) from 1995 to 2000 in Changzhou,the PTB complicated with diabetes were included in the analysis.Results 2 238 PTB cases were registered from 1995 to 2000 in Changzhou,the annual new registration rates of PTB were 44 23/100 000.The PTB cases complicated with diabetes were 88 accounted for 3 93% in all PTB cases.The new registration rate of the complicated cases increased from 1 24/100 000 in 1995 to 2.38/100 000 in 2000 with an annual average increase rate of 11 48%.The bacillary positive rate and cavity rate was higher in cases with complication.The greater the age,the more diabetes were found in PTB patients.Conclusion The complication of diabetes has affected the epidemic trend of TB.
