摘    要:目的 了解广州市海珠区16岁以上人群2型糖尿病患病率以及其与膳食营养、经济水平、吸烟、饮酒、体力活动、年龄、性别、文化水平、性格等因素的关系,为评估本地区糖尿病现状并采取相应的预防措施提供依据。方法 采用整群抽样方法,对海珠区13个社区16岁以上居民共11828人进行调查,并利用非条件Logistic回归进行危险因素分析。结果 筛选出性别、年龄、饮茶、高血压病史、冠心病史及糖尿病家族史等糖尿病危险因素。结论 根据危险因素分析结果,对糖尿病的重点监测人群采取有效的干预措施以降低发病。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the incidence of over 16-year-old diabetics at Haizhu District in Guangzhou,and its relations to dietary nutrition,economic level,smoking,drinking,exercises,age,sex,education level and characters.So as to provide evidences for evaluating diabetes epidemiological trend in local territory and taking corresponding prevention measures.MethodsUsing systematic sampling method,13000 citizens among 13 communities in Guangzhou were studied and the risk factors for type 2 diabetes were analyzed with the non-conditional logistic regression.Results6 risk factors for diabetes were screened out,they were sex,age(>40-year-old),tea,hypertension history,CHD history and diabetes family history.ConclusionsAccording to the results of the analysis on risk factor for diabetes,we should make some effective measures against diabetes in the high-risk population.
