| Abstract: | Based on the explanation of the relationship between knowledge management and hospital creativity, this paper expounds the knowledge management significance and functions in the hospital administration and set forth that the core of knowledge management is creativity. The creativity can promote development of knowledge management and enhance the hospital competitive ability. Meanwhile, the paper discusses some concepts such as knowledge creativity, service creativity, science and technology creativity, management creativity as well as creativity for management thoughts. |
