我国城市医院运行现状分析与改革策略

本语文回顾性分析当前城市医院运行所存在的５个问题，并对问题的成因，如认识上的误区、卫生政策改革的滞后和宏观调迭的失灵作了剖析。结合当前的大环境，从医院的微观运行机制进行了探讨，提出医院的激励环境、自主权、经束控制等方面的对策，并对今后宏观调控城市医院提出相应的政策建议 。

View and Analysis of Status of Urban Hospitals and Corresponding Reform Policies

In this article the authors review main problems of the hospital market in urban areas.Then the causes are analysed which include incorrect conception,hysteretic reforms of health policty and dysfunction of macro-supervision.From the point of micro-mechanism of hospital operation,the authors also bring forth some viewpoints about the incentive situation,autonomy,control and self-control and so on. Whereafter corresponding reform polices are put forward.
