| 摘 要： | 慢性非传染性疾病已成为威胁人类健康的首要因素并成为全球共同关注的公共卫生问题。在我国新医改背景下研究探讨慢性病防控策略，目的在于提高我国慢性病防控工作水平，促进新医改目标实现，提高城乡居民健康水平。

| Abstract: | Chronic non-infectious disease hase become chief factors of threating human health and become a public health problem all over the world. Researches and discusses on chronic non-infectious disease prevention and control under the background of new medical reform, the purpose is to improve working level of chronic non-infectious disease prevention and control, so as to promote new medical reform goal implementation and improve urban and rural residents health care level. |
