昆明市社区老年人医疗保健服务利用现状分析

本文分析了昆明市城区老年人门诊和住院服务利用情况及其影响因素。结果显示：老年人医疗服务需求高，利用尚不足，有效需求受到影响；原有定点医疗政策不利于老年人就近就诊，老年病源流向不合理，卫生服务网络不适应老年人医疗服务需要医疗费用上涨幅度较大，远超过老年人收入上涨幅度，在很大程度上抑制了老年人的医疗保健服务需求和利用。

Analysis on the utilization of the health services for the elderly in urban communities in Kunming City

The authors analyzed the present situation of the elderly utilizing inpatient and outpatientmedical services and the influencing factors in urban communities in Kunming City. The results showedthat: the elderly health service demands are very large, but the utilization of the health services is poor,so the valid wants for the health services are limited. The present medical security scheme restrictsthe reasonable choice of medical facilities, and the health service system is not geared to the needs ofthe elderly health care. The medical expense rises rapidly, but the elderly earnings increase slowly,so the huge medical expense has restrained the demands and utilization of the elderly health servicesto some extent.
