泸西县疾病预防控制中心卫生专业技术人员人力资源浅析

目的]了解和掌握泸西县疾病预防控制中心(以下简称疾控中心)卫生专业技术人员(以下简称卫技人员)的现况,为进一步合理配置和开发利用现有卫技人员提供科学依据。方法]对泸西县疾控中心卫技人员现况进行分析。结果]全中心现有在职职工75人,卫技人员54人(占72%),其中女性32人(占59.26%),年龄结构以31岁～50岁组为主(占75.93%),平均年龄为42.65岁;学历以大专为主(占53.70%);职称结构以初级职称为主,占51.85%。结论]泸西县疾控中心卫技人员人数不足,学历整体偏低,高级职称偏少,执业医师人数不足,应进一步加强卫技人员队伍建设,全面提升人力资源素质。

Analysis of professional medical workers human resources in Luxi CDC

Objective To understand and grasp the current situation of professional medical workers human resources in Luxi CDC, provide scientific basis for reasonable disposition and utilization of the present professional medical workers human resources. Methods To analyze the current situation of professional medical workers human resources in Luxi CDC Results There are 75 workers in the center, 54 health technicians which accounts for 72%, and 32 are femaleswhich accounts for 59.26%. The major age structure is 31-50 years old group which accounts for 75.93%, and the average age is 42.65 years old, most of them are educated junior college which accounts for 53.70%. Besides, the major title of a technicial post is primary which accounts for 51.85%. Conclusions Shortage in the number of professional medical workers, title of a senior professional post and medical practitioners as well in Luxi CDC. So we need to strengthen professional medical workers team construction further and promote human resources quality.
