| 摘 要： | 我国学术界和实务界对公立医院法人治理问题已经进行了较有价值的研究和探讨。文章从公立医院法人治理结构的界定、对国外公立医院法人治理结构的研究、国内试点公立医院法人治理结构研究及建议等方面对我国相关研究文献进行了系统的梳理,指出了我国当前公立医院法人治理结构研究的问题,提出了有关研究应完善的方面。

| Abstract: | The scholars and practitioners have made valuable researches on corporate governance structure in the public hospitals. This paper summarizes the definition of public hospital corporate governance structure in our countries and study the foreign countries＇ also, the researches and suggestions from some experimental corporate governance structure public hospitals and relevant documents in our countries. It puts forward the problems in corporate governance structure in public hospitals, and comes up with improving direction. |
