微信在慢性非传染性疾病健康管理中的应用效果初探——以云南省某医院超重和肥胖糖尿病高危人群健康管理为例

目的]分析使用微信平台对慢性非传染性疾病超重和肥胖糖尿病高危人群进行健康管理的临床应用效果。方法]选取2015年2月-2016年5月云南省某医院经健康体检筛查出的超重和肥胖糖尿病高危者264例,随机分成两组,对照组对高危者予以常规健康教育指导,研究组则在该基础上,实施微信平台健康管理,对比两种干预方法的应用效果。结果]干预后研究组患者的空腹血糖、甘油三脂、总胆固醇以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]使用微信平台健康管理方式,对超重和肥胖糖尿病高危人群进行干预,其效果良好,可改善血糖血脂水平,值得推广使用。

Application of Wechat in health management of chronic non-communicable diseases——Take overweight and obese diabetic high risk group health management in a hospital as example

Objective To study and analyze the clinical application effect of using Wechat platform for health management of overweight and obese people at high risk of chronic non-communicable diseases.Methods 246 overweight and obese diabetic high-risk patients screened by physical examination in a hospital from Feb.2015 to May 2016 in Yunnan province,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine health education guidance to high-risk patients,the research group was on this basis while was implemented Wechat platform health management,and compared the application effect of the two intervention methods.Results After intervention,the levels of fasting blood sugar,triglyceride,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in study group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The health management mode of Weixin platform can be used to intervene high-risk population of overweight and obese diabetes,and the effect is good.It can improve blood sugar and lipid level,and it is worth popularizing.
