大理州巍山县农村家庭发生灾难性卫生支出的影响因素研究

目的]探索影响大理州巍山县农村居民家庭发生灾难性支出的主要因素。方法]计算WHO在2000年世界卫生报告中所介绍的卫生筹资贡献率(HFC),按照该值是否大于等于40%的标准将随机抽取的家庭分为两类,采用logistic回归分析影响家庭发生灾难性支出的主要因素。结果]大理州巍山县农村发生灾难性卫生支出的家庭比例为11.19%,影响家庭灾难性卫生支出的因素有:家庭年收入、家庭中是否有人住院。结论]家庭年收入、家庭中是否有人住院等因素会影响大理巍山县农村家庭灾难性卫生支出的发生。

Influencing factors study on catastrophic health expenditure of rural families in Weishan county

Objective： To explore main factors which affect rural families to take place catastrophic healthexpenditures in Weishan county of Dali prefecture. Methods Firstly,calculate Health Financing ofContribution （HFC） which was described in world health report in 2000. Then,random draw families to divideinto two parts according to whether HFC is equal or greater than 40%. Analyzes main influencing factors whichaffect the families’ catastrophic health expenditures by logistic regression. Results There are 11.19% familieswhich had happened catastrophic health expenditures in Weishan county of Dali prefecture. Main influencingfactors are that families annual income, whether someone of the family is hospitalized. Conclusions Thefactors which mentioned above will influence catastrophic health expenditure in rural families in Weishancounty.
