| 摘 要： | 通过对云南省20个新型农村合作医疗试点县补偿方案和实施一年的资金使用情况分析，对新农合实施方案进行初步评价，找出实施方案中存在的问题，为今后制定实施方案提出参考建议。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the usage of the fund and the related complementing schemes among 20 pilot counties operating the New Rural Cooperative Medical System for one-year in Yunnan Province, the article evaluated the implementing schemes initiatively, found out the problems in the schemes, and gave some comments in scheme-making in the future. |
