精神科临床不合理用药分析及对策

目的对精神科不合理用药的情况进行分析，实现合理用药。方法对我院精神科2013年1-12月的200例出院病例进行检查，对其中的52例不合理用药进行分析。分析的内容有患者一般情况、临床诊断、临床检查和用药等。结果其中有52例不合理用药，主要表现为安定类有33例，抗精神病药有8例，抗生素类有4例，安坦类有4例，其他的不合理用药有3例。结论精神科不合理用药的原因非常多，在临床中不仅要注重药物疗效，也要保证用药安全，临床医生尽量减少不合理用药因素，加强临床药学服务。

Psychiatric analysis and Countermeasure of clinical unreasonable drug use

Objective To analyze psychiatric irrational use of drugs, to achieve the rational use of drags. Method to inspect the psychiatric hospital in 2013 200 inpatients from January to December, 52 of them had the irrational drug use anitlysis. Analysis of the content of the general condition of the patient, clinical diagnosis, clinical examination and medicine etc.. Results there were 52 cases of irrational drug use, mainly for benzodiazepines in 23 cases, 8 cases ofantipsychotic drugs, antibiotics in 4 cases, with 4 cases ofartane, unreasonable use of the other 3 cases. Conclusion the cause of psychiatric irrational use of drugs in clinic is very much, should not only focus on drug efficacy, but also to ensure the drug safety, clinicians minimize unreasonable drug factors, to strengthen the clinical pharmacy service.
