舒适护理对ICU危重患者焦虑和抑郁情绪的影响

目的探究舒适护理对ICU危重症患者焦虑与抑郁情绪的影响。方法随机选取本院2013年5月~2014年2月入院接受治疗的100例ICU清醒患者，随机将其分成观察组与对照组，每组50例患者。对照组采用常规护理方式，观察组在对照组的基础上使用舒适护理，比较两组患者的SAS与SDS评分情况。结果护理干预前，两组的SAS和SDS评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。干预后，观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分改善程度明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），两组比较，差异具有统计学意义。结论使用舒适护理对ICU患者进行护理，能够有效改善患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪，对患者提高治疗效果具有重要的意义。

Effects of comfort care on critical patients＇ anxiety and depression in ICU

Objective： To discuss the effect of comfort care on critical patients＇ anxiety and depression in ICU. Methods： 100 conscious patients, who were from May 2013 to Feb 2014 in our hospital, were randomly into two groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group received the routine nursing care, while the observation group Was given comfort care on that basis. Scores of SAS and SDS were compared between the group before and after intervention. Results： There no significant difference between two groups before the intervention （P 〉 0.05）. After the comfort care for the observation group ,the score of SDS and SAS was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Comfort care can effectively ease patients＇ anxiety and depression, which was important to improve the effect of treatment for patients in ICU.
