| 摘 要： | 文章以医疗服务价格调整为研究对象,探讨了医疗服务价格体系存在的问题:医疗服务价格背离成本和价值,调整不到位,医用耗材、检查检验费用不减反增;提出了要加大政府投入力度,完善补偿机制,建立健全医疗机构全成本核算体系,建立健全医疗服务价格动态调整机制等相关建议,希望能对医疗服务价格调整顺利进行有所帮助。

| Abstract: | The article takes the adjustment of medical service prices as the research object,and discusses the problems in the price system of medical services:the price of medical services deviates from costs and values,and the adjustment is not in place;the cost of medical consumables and inspections increases without reduction;government input,improvement of compensation mechanism,establishment and improvement of the full cost accounting system of medical institutions,establishment of a sound medical service price dynamic adjustment mechanism,and other related suggestions are hoped to help smooth the adjustment of medical service prices. |
