青光眼患者实施综合性护理干预措施的临床效果分析

目的：探讨青光眼患者实施综合性护理干预措施的临床疗效。方法选取2011年9月-2013年9月我院收治的96例青光眼患者作为研究对象，采用随机数据表法将其分为实验组和对照组，对照组予以常规护理，实验组在常规护理基础上予以综合性护理干预，比较两组干预前后SAS评分及临床疗效。结果实验组干预前后SAS评分为（36.2±1.1）分及（23.5±0.8）分，对照组为（36.3±1.2）分及（33.6±1.3）分，相比于干预前，两组干预后SAS评分显著降低（P＜0.05）；相比于对照组干预后，实验组干预后SAS评分显著降低（P＜0.05）；实验组视力无下降、眼底无继发性改变及眼压正常发生率分别为93.8%、87.5%及89.6%，对照组为79.2%、66.7%及68.8%，实验组临床疗效好于对照组，比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论予以青光眼患者综合性护理干预能显著缓解焦虑情绪，提高临床疗效，值得在临床上进一步推广。

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Giving Comprehensive Nursing Intervention to Patients Suffering from Glaucoma

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of giving comprehensive nursing intervention to patients suffering from glauco-ma. Methods Selected 96 patients who were hospitalized in our hospital because of glaucoma from Sep. 2011 to Sep. 2013 as the study objects. Group these patients into test group and control group randomly. Gave usual care to the control group while give comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of usual care to the test group. Compare the SAS scores and clinical effects of two groups before and after the intervention. Results The SAS score of test group before and after intervention are （36.2 ±1.1） and （23.5±0.8） while that of control group are （36.3±1.2） and （33.6±1.3）. Compared with that before intervention, the SAS score of two groups decrease evidently after intervention （P〈0.05）. As for that after intervention, compared with control group, the SAS score of test group decreases evidently （P〈0.05）. The occurrence rate of no vision decrease, no secondary change in eye ground and normal intraocular tension of test group are separately 93.8%, 87.5%and 89.6%, while that of control group are 79.2%、66.7%and 68.8%. The clinical effects of test group are better than that of control group, and the comparison has significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Giving comprehensive nursing intervention to patients suffering from glaucoma can evidently relieve dysphoric mood and improve clinical effect, which are worth of promoting on clinical.
