护理干预对消化性溃疡患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

目的探讨护理干预对消化性溃疡患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响,促进患者康复。方法选择符合标准的患者80例,分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施护理干预,比较两组患者护理前后焦虑、抑郁及生活质量。结果护理前观察组SAS（60.27±5.09）分及SDS（56.61±5.22）分,对照组SAS（60.33±5.12）分及SDS（56.54±5.16）分,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;护理2个月,观察组SAS（41.15±4.48）分及SDS（43.70±4.32）分,对照组SAS（52.86±4.79）分及SDS（53.22±4.88）分,两组患者SAS及SDS评分较护理前均下降（P〈0.05）,但是观察组患者下降幅度更大,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。护理前,两组患者GQOLI-74各维度评分相似,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;护理2个月,两组患者GQOLI-74各维度评分较治疗前均提高（P〈0.05）,但是观察组患者提高幅度更大（P〈0.05）。结论护理干预能有效减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁,提高生活质量,值得临床护理推广应用。

Effects of nursing intervention on the quality of life and negative emotions in patients with peptic ulcer

Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the quality of life and negative emotions in patients with peptic ulcer and to promote the rehabilitation of the patients. Methods 80 eligible patients were selected and divided into observation group and control group, 40 patients each group; the control group used usual care, while the observation group used nursing intervention, and the qualities of life and anxiety and depression scores in the patients of the two groups were compared.Results Former nursing observation group SAS（60.27±5.09） points and SDS（56.61±5.22） of the control group SAS（60.33±5.12） points and SDS（56.54±5.16） points, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）; Nursing two months in the observation group SAS（41.15±4.48） points and SDS（43.70±4.32） of the control group SAS（52.86±4.79） points and SDS（53.22±4.88） points, the two groups were compared with SAS and SDS scores care former decreased（P〈0.05）, but the observation group were dropped even more sharply, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Former nurse, two groups of patients GQOLI-74 scores were similar for each dimension, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）; care two months, two groups of patients GQOLI-74 score of each dimension than before treatment were increased（P〈0.05）, However, the observation group were improved even more sharply（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively lighten the depression and anxiety and elevate the quality of life of the patients, and consequently is worthy of clinical application.
