标准化护理管理体系在精神科中的应用

目的研究在精神科护理中采用标准化护理管理体系的临床效果,为临床提供可靠的参考依据。方法选取在2018年1—12月期间来该院精神科进行治疗的190例患者作为研究对象,并按照不同的护理方式随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理模式,研究组采用标准化护理管理体系,然后对比两组患者的护理质量。结果对照组在专科护理、基础护理、护理文书、用药护理、健康教育、病区安全等护理质量指标与研究组比较,明显低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者满意度为80.00%,护理人员满意度为80.00%,研究组患者满意度为95.79%,护理人员满意度为96.00%,研究组患者满意度及护理人员满意度均高于对照组,两组间进行对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),经过对比,对照组患者在护理过程中不良事件的发生情况(如暴力行为、吞食异物、自残、跌倒、噎食、外走等)均多于研究组,两组间进行对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准化护理管理体系在精神科中具有很高的临床应用价值,不仅能提高护理质量,还能降低不良事件的发生,患者与护理工作人员的满意度高,值得在临床中广泛推广。

Application of Standardized Nursing Management System in Psychiatry

Objective To study the clinical effect of adopting a standardized nursing management system in psychiatric nursing,and to provide a reliable reference for the clinic.Methods A total of 190 patients who were treated in the psychiatric department of the hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group was given the conventional nursing model,and the research group was given standardized nursing management system and then compare the quality of care between the two groups of patients.Results Compared with the study group,the quality of care in the control group in specialty nursing,basic nursing,nursing documents,medication nursing,health education,and ward safety were significantly lower than those in the research group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction in the control group was 80.00%,satisfaction of the nursing staff was 80.00%,patient satisfaction in the study group was 95.79%,and nursing staff satisfaction was 96.00%.Patient satisfaction and nursing staff satisfaction in the research group were higher than those in the control group.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After comparison,the incidence of adverse events(such as violent behavior,swallowing foreign bodies,self-harm,falls,fasting,walking away,etc.)in the control group during the nursing process.Were more than the study group.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized nursing management system has high clinical application value in psychiatry.It can not only improve the quality of nursing,but also reduce the occurrence of adverse events.The satisfaction between patients and nursing staff is high,and it is worthy of widespread promotion in clinical practice.
