PBL和LBI双轨教学模式在妇产科护理教学中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨PBL和LBI双轨教学模式在妇产科护理教学中的应用效果。方法从2017—2019年该院护理专业在读学生中选择170名,以随机原则分成两组,即观察组(组内包含85名学生)和对照组(组内包含85名学生)。观察组学生在常规教学模式下实施妇产科护理教学,观察组学生则采取PBL和LBI双轨教学模式实施妇产科护理教学。结果观察组学生的理论成绩、护理操作成绩、护理病案书写考核成绩、理论实践综合能力考核成绩,都明显比对照组学生更高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生的学习积极性(96.47%),明显比对照组学生(80.00%)更高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生在课堂师生互动、激发学习兴趣、提高自学能力、提高解决问题能力、增强团队协作能力、增强个人成就感等方面的认可度,都明显比对照组学生更高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用PBL和LBI双轨教学模式开展妇产科护理教学,能够显著提高教学质量,最大程度上激发学生的学习积极性,不仅能够有效提高学生的理论知识水平和护理操作水平,同时还能够提高学生的护理病案书写水平,在此基础上提高学生对妇产科临床护理教学的认可度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of PBL and LBI dual-track teaching model in nursing teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods From 2017 to 2019,170 cases of nursing students in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,namely the observation group(with 85 students)and the control group(with 85 students).Observation group students implemented obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching under the conventional teaching mode,observation group students adopted PBL and LBI dual-track teaching mode to implement gynecological nursing teaching.Results The theoretical scores,nursing operation scores,nursing medical record writing assessment scores,and theoretical practice comprehensive ability assessment scores of the observation group students were significantly higher than those of the control group.The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The learning enthusiasm of the students in the observation group(96.47%)was significantly higher than that of the students in the control group(80.00%).The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group students'recognition in classroom interaction between teachers and students,stimulating learning interest,self-learning ability,problem-solving ability,teamwork ability,and sense of personal achievement were significantly higher than those in the control group,The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL and LBI dual-track teaching mode in nursing teaching of obstetrics and gynecology can significantly improve the quality of teaching and stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning to the greatest extent.It can not only effectively improve students'theoretical knowledge level and nursing operation level,but also improve students'written level of nursing medical records,based on this,students'recognition of clinical nursing teaching in obstetrics and gynecology is improved.
