联合胸腔镜手术视频和PACS系统在胸外科临床教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨联合胸腔镜手术视频和PACS系统在胸外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选定2017年7月—2019年1月该院临床实习的84名医学生,按照教学模式不同分为对照组42名(传统参观教学联合PACS系统,2017年7月—2018年1月)与观察组42名(胸腔镜手术视频联合PACS系统,2018年7月—2019年1月),比较两组出科成绩优良率与教学满意率指标。结果观察组出科成绩优良率(97.62%)高于对照组(80.95%)且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学满意率(92.86%)高于对照组(71.43%)且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜手术视频联合PACS系统方法可有效提高学生出科成绩。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of combined thoracoscopic surgery video and PACS system in clinical teaching of thoracic surgery.Methods 84 medical students in the hospital from July 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into control group of 42 cases(traditional visit teaching and PACS system,2017.07-2018.01)and observation group of 42 cases(video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery combined with PACS system,2018.07-2019.01)according to different teaching modes.The two groups were compared with the excellent performance rate and teaching satisfaction index.Results The excellent rate(97.62%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(80.95%)and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction rate(92.86%)in the observation group was higher than the control group(71.43%)and there was a difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of thoracoscopic surgery video combined with PACS system can effectively improve the performance of students.
