信息化管理在优化急诊心电图流程中的应用研究

目的研究急诊科心电图流程优化中信息化管理的应用。方法选取2017年5-12月该院急诊科室所收治的385例患者当中的285例原发胸痛疾病入院患者,由急诊医师来评价其是否需接受心电图检查需求,如无空余的机器,需排队等待,院内管理者需结合疾病轻重情况安排好设备;选取2018年5-12月该院急诊科室所收治402例当中的296例原发胸痛疾病入院患者,运用心电图的信息化管理,通过该管理系统来判断患者是否需要接受心电图的检查,由医护工作者借助心电图信息化管理系统的工作站实现自主叫号,依据相应规则等,顺利将心电图的检查完成,医师借助该管理系统来辅助诊断,并决定分诊与制定医嘱。结果与2017年5-12月相比,2018年5-12月患者心电图的使用率、危重患者心电图的使用率、胸痛患者心电图的使用率及2 h明确的诊断率明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,与2017年5-12月胸痛患者心电图的检测时间(1.4±0.6)h相比,2018年5-12月,胸痛患者心电图的检测时间(0.9±0.5)h明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院急诊科室通过信息化的管理有效应用,对急诊科室心电图检查流程可起到积极的优化作用,检查效率提升显著。

Application of Information Management in Optimizing the Process of Emergency ECG

Objective To study the application of information management in the optimization of ECG process in emergency department. Methods From May to December 2017, of the 385 patients admitted to the emergency department of the hospital, 285 patients with primary chest pain were admitted to the hospital. The emergency physicians will evaluate whether they need to receive ECG examination requirements, if there are no machines left, patients need to wait in line, the hospital managers need to arrange the equipment in accordance with the severity of the disease;from May to December 2018, of the402 patients admitted to our emergency department, 296 patients with primary chest pain were admitted to the hospital, with ECG informatization management, use this management system to determine whether the patient needs to undergo the ECG examination, and the medical staff will use the workstation of the ECG information management system to realize the independent calling. According to the corresponding rules, the ECG examination will be successfully completed. Management system to assist diagnosis and decide on triage and make doctor’s order. Results Compared with May-December 2017, the use rate of ECG, the use of ECG in critically ill patients, the use of ECG in chest pain patients, and the clear diagnosis rate of 2 h in May-December 2018 were significantly higher. There was statistical significance(P<0.05);at the same time, compared with the ECG detection time of patients with chest pain in May-December 2017(1.4±0.6)h, the ECG detection time of patients with chest pain in May-December 2018(0.9±0.5)h was significantly lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effective application of the emergency management department in the hospital through information management can play a positive role in optimizing the ECG examination process in the emergency department,and the inspection efficiency is significantly improved.
