| 摘 要： | 目的探讨用盐酸伊托必利治疗功能性消化不良的临床治疗和分析。方法将该院收治的80例功能性消化不良的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予盐酸伊托必利治疗,对照组则采用多潘立酮治疗,4周后比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗4周后,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,且不良反应更少。结论服用盐酸伊托必利治疗功能性消化不良更为安全、有效,且副作用少,在临床上应得到推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical treatment and analysis of itopride hydrochloride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods In our hospital, 80 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given itopride hydrochloride treatment, the control group with domperidone treatment, treatment effects were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks. Results After 4 weeks treatment, the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group, and less adverse reaction. Conclusion The use of itopride hydrochloride in treatment of functional dyspepsia is more safe, effective, less side effects, should be popularized in clinical. |
