青岛市福利院55岁以上老人MMSE量表结果分析及护理意见

目的利用简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE),了解青岛市55岁以上老年人群认知障碍情况,借此对护理人员提出具有针对性的建议。方法随机抽取青岛市福利院55岁以上老人264人,使用中文版MMSE量表进行问卷调查筛选认知障碍病人并利用SPSS18.0进行数据录入与分析。结果抽样人数为295人,实查264人,其中男性103人,占39.02%;女性161人,占60.98%。平均年龄(80.42±6.20);MMSE量表总分平均分为(24.52±5.91),男性平均分为(25.34±5.51),女性平均为(23.99±6.11)。结论随着年龄增长,多数老年人有轻度的认知功能障碍且有逐渐加深的情况,要加强心理生理和认知功能方面的护理。

MMSE measurement results analysis and nursing suggestions of population over 55 years in Qingdao city

Objective Using the Mini-Mental State Examination （MMSE）, find out the cognitive situation in Qingdao elderly population aged over 55 years old, and for nurses with specific recommendations proposed. Methods Over 55 years old were randomly selected from 264 in Qingdao welfare, using the Chinese version of MMSE to conducted a questionnaire survey and screening patients with cognitive impairment, then using SPSS18.0 for data entry and analysis. Results The sample number of 295 people, real investigation 264 people, including 103 males, accounting for 39.02%; female 16I people, accounting for 60.98%. Acerage age （80.42±6.20）; MMSE total average score is （24.52±5.91）, males average score of （25.34±5.51）, females averaged （23.99＋6.tl）. Conclusion With increasing of age, the majority of older people with mild cognitive impairment and have gradually deepened the situationl we should tO strengthen the psychological, physiological and cognitive functions of care.
