摘    要:目的:探讨ELISA检测中全自动加样引起拖带假阳性现象的原因以及所要采取的对策。方法别使用试剂检测筛查血液标本,然后根据检测试剂说明书的要求,在全自动样本处理系统控制微机上编辑程序,程序包括初检和复检。使用一次性探针和永久性探针的污染情况对比,再使用2种标本进行3孔复检,在进行判断是否为强阳性所引起的拖带污染现象。结果整个检测过程中,以HIV检测为例所检测的7324份血液检测中出现拖带假阳性现象的为2例,而2013年1月-2014年5月间共检测血液标本66085份,没有出现拖带假阳性现象。结论一次性加样探针的使用能够很好的减少甚至杜绝拖带假阳性污染现象的发生,在检测过程中由于不同的厂家的试剂有所区别,在设计加样参数时应该遵循科学合理的原则,检测仪器要定期进行检验维修,校准,同时对于血液标本要严格质量控制,提高检测的准确性和安全性,使得全自动检测设备的优势充分。

Abstract:Objective Countermeasures ELISA detection in automatic sampling caused the false positive phenomena of towing the cause and take. Methods Using reagent 1, reagent 2 screening of blood samples, and then according to the detection reagent spec-ifications, in the control computer editing program automatic sample processing system, program including the initial inspection and re examination. Using a sample probe is taking 2012 as the boundary, sample probe before 2012 is permanent, and all use disposable sample probe, so in the setting process should be banned washing process. If in the interpretation of the results of ELISA micro plate A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H row of a needle continuous sample appeared in 2 or more than 2 holes showed positive, so is the so-called towing false positive. In this case should be compared to the initial inspection and re examination results will be unified test items, and 1 branch blood bag catheter specimens, and the initial inspection retest specimens, 2 specimens were used in 3 hole reinspection, again to determine whether the towing pollution phenomenon caused by the strong positive. Results The whole detection process, using HIV detection as a false positive phenomenon towing appeared 7324 blood test cases detected in 2 cases, and in 2013 January -2014 year in May 66085 blood samples were detected, no false positive phenomena towing. Conclusion The use of disposable sample probe can be very good to reduce or even eliminate the phenomenon of false positive pollution occurs in tow, the detection process of the agents of different manufacturers distinction, in the design of sampling param-eters should follow the scientific principles, instrumentation to regular inspection repair, calibration, and for blood samples to strict quality control, improve the accuracy and safety detection, the automatic testing equipment advantage.
