| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合性护理干预在ICU机械通气监护与感染管理中的应用效果。方法观察组78例行综合性护理干预,对照组42例行常规护理,比较2组的护理效果。结果观察组机械通气和ICU监护时间明显缩短,院内感染、VAP、死亡的发生率明显减少,患者对护理质量的满意度提高。结论综合性护理干预应用于ICU机械通气监护与感染管理中临床效果更优越。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing interventions on care and infection control of MV in ICU.Methods Observation group（78 cases） was applied for comprehensive nursing interventions. Control group（42 cases） was applied for the routine nursing care.To compared the nursing efficacy of them.Results To comparing with control group,the time of MV and care of ICU and the rate of infection hospital,VAP and dead were deduced.Conclusions It is better that comprehensive nursing interventions are applied in care and infection control of MV in ICU. |
