2005-2009年四川省法定传染病网络直报质量评价

目的对2005-2009年四川省传染病网络报告质量进行评价,为进一步提高传染病报告质量提供科学依据。方法利用《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》监测数据,通过结构化查询语句对监测数据库中传染病个案卡片进行查询和计算,得出未及时报告率、未及时审核率、重复报告率以及县区零缺报率等评价指标。结果 2005-2009年四川省医疗机构网络报告率分别为69.18%、84.08%、84.07%、82.58%和81.84%,未及时报告率分别为：43.48%、19.90%、4.46%、2.23%和1.87%;未及时审核率分别为：12.75%、5.41%、1.02%、0.24%、0.14%;重卡率分别为：0.05%、0.04%、0.03%、0.04%和0.01%;县（区）月零缺报次数分别为：15、7、1、1、2次;报告质量综合指数率分别为11.05%、6.42%、1.39%、0.64%和0.53%。结论 2005-2009年全省网络报告质量总体水平不断提高,不及时报告率和不及时审核率逐年下降,重卡数、县区零缺报数逐年减少。各市州报告质量参差不齐,近两年部分市（州）网络报告质量呈下降趋势,提示今后应针对一些重点地区加强传染病网络报告管理的指导和监督,加强医疗机构传染病疫情报告工作的规范管理和网络直报人员队伍建设及相关知识的培训,从而进一步提高网络报告质量。
