| 摘 要： | 目的掌握四川省饮水型氟中毒病区防治现状,评价防治效果,为制定饮水型地方性氟中毒防治策略和做好改水工程监测提供科学依据。方法按照《国家卫生健康委关于印发重点地方病控制和消除评价办法(2019版)的通知》,2020年对四川省所有饮水型地方性氟中毒病区自然村进行了改水工程情况及水氟含量调查,检查病区村全部8~12岁儿童氟斑牙检出率。水氟测定采用生活饮用水标准检验方法(GB/T 5750.5-2006),儿童氟斑牙监测依照《氟斑牙诊断标准》(WS/T 208-2001),氟斑牙检出率比较采用χ2检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果共调查97个病区自然村,截至2020-12-31已全部改水,改水工程正常运转率为100%,水氟含量合格率为100%;共检测儿童6647名,儿童氟斑牙检出率为18.05%。结论四川省饮水型地方性氟中毒12个县(市、区)97个病区自然村均已落实改水降氟措施,其中8个县达到控制标准,4个县防治措施达到控制标准。
