2008年新津县慢性非传染性疾病监测

目的分析新津县2008年慢性非传染性疾病流行病学特征,为制定慢性非传染性疾病防控工作提供科学依据。方法收集新津县2008年慢病监测网络报告系统资料进行流行病学分析。结果2008年慢病报告发病率968.48/10万,糖尿病发病率居首位,发病率390.29/10万,恶性肿瘤发病率153.61/10万,缺血性心脏病发病率135.15/10万,脑卒中241.96/10万;50岁以上的占89.65%;糖尿病男性和女性发病率分别为344.78/10万和530.05/10万,缺血性心脏病、恶性肿瘤男性和女性发病率分别为154.19/10万和116.26/10万、185.96/10万和121.51/10万;脑卒中发病率男性和女性分别为243.53/10万和240.39/10万。结论新津县2008年慢性非传染性疾病报告发病率较高,糖尿病女性发病率高于男性,缺血性心脏病、恶性肿瘤男性发病率高于女性;脑卒中发病率男女差别不大。

Surveillance of Chronic and Non-comunicable Disease in Xinjin County, 2008

Objective To analyze the epidemiological features of chronic and non-communicable disease in Xinjin county in 2008 and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of chronic and non-communicable diseases. Method The related data of Xinjin in 2008 were collected from chronic disease surveillance reporting for epidemiologieal analysis. Result The reported incidence rate of chronic disease was 968.48/10^5 in 2008, the incidence rate of diabetes ranked first （390.29/10^5. The incidence rates of malignant tumor, isehemic heart disease and cerebral stroke were 153.61/10^5, 135.15/10^5 and 241.96/10^5 respectively. Patients over 50 years old accounted for 89.65% of the total cases. The incidence rate of diabetes in female was higher than in males, while the incidence rates of malignant tumor and ischemie heart disease in female were lower than in males. There was no significant difference in the incidence of cerebral stroke between males and females. Conclusion Chronic and non-communicable disease is a serious threaten to people＇s health. It is necessary to strengthen the health promotion and improve behaviors and life style to reduce the incidence of chronic diseases.
