1998-2007年MEDLINE收录的福建省科技论文计量分析

目的了解福建省生物医学及相关学科的科研实力和学术水平，为科研管理提供量化的参考。方法应用文献计量学方法对1998—2007年MEDLINE收录的福建省科技论文进行统计分析。结果总收录量2879篇，分别发表在24个国家的449种期刊上，2003-2007年的收录量（2194）比1998—2002年的收录量（685篇）增长220．29％。第1作者人数为1856人，人均发表论文1．58篇，论文合著率96．56％。福州、厦门2市论文被收录量占全省的90．79％。结论福建省生物医学科技水平正逐年提高，MEDLINE收录的科技论文呈逐年增长趋势，但地区发展不均衡。

A Bibliometric Analysis of Scientific Papers of Fujian Province Embodied in MEDLINE From 1998 to 2007

objective To evaluate the scientific level of the biomedicine and relevant fields of Fujian Province based on a bibliometric analysis of the published papers embodied in MEDLINE. Method The medical papers of Fujian Province published in 1998 -2007 were retrieved from MEDLINE and analyzed. Results A total of 2 879 papers were collected by MEDLINE , which were published in 449 journals of 24 eountrys. The number of papers went up obviously year by year, especially the English papers and the articals published abroad. The number of the primary authors was 1 856 who published 1.58 papers averagely. The cooperating rate of authors was 96. 56%. 90. 79% of the papers were from Fuzhou and Xiamen. Conclusion The biomedical scientific level of Fujian Province is raising gradually. However, the regional development is uneven. It is necessary to make greater efforts to enhance Scientific research ability.
