南宁市吸毒人群艾滋病相关危险行为调查

目的了解南宁市吸毒人群艾滋病相关危险行为,为制定干预政策提供依据。方法采用"滚雪球"式方法在社区中寻找吸毒者,面对面无关联匿名问卷调查和血标本的采集。结果调查200名吸毒者目前80%人采用注射吸毒,最近6个月有42.5%共用过注射器,99%的被调查者有过性生活经历,与固定性伴、商业性行为时安全套使用率为分别为25.41%、28.5%。吸毒人群艾滋病相关知识回答正确率为91.33%,HIV阳性率为20.90%,梅毒抗体阳性率为7.91%。结论南宁市静脉注射吸毒人群HIV感染率高,高危行为普遍,需要加大干预力度,控制HIV传播流行。

HIV/AIDS Related Behavior Surveillance Among Drug Use Population in Nanning

Objective To find out the status of HIV/AIDS high-risk behavior of drug users in Nanning and provide basis for making effective intervention measures. Methods The drug users were selected in the community by"Making a snowman" method, and the face-to-face independence anonymous questionnaire survey was carried out and blood specimen were gathered. Results Totally 200 drug users were interviewed and 80%% of them were injecting drug user(IDU) at present. The needle-sharing rate of IDUs during the past 6 months was 42.5%, 99% of them had sexual behavior in the past. The rate of condom use of drug users during the past 6 months with constancy sex partner and business sex partner was 25.41% and 28.5% respectively. The rate of correct answer to HIV/AIDS related attitude and knowledge was 91.33%. HIV prevalence was 20.9%. The positive rate of Syphilis antibody was 7.91%. Conclusions The HIV prevalence was high and risk behaviors related to HIV infection were common among IDUs in Nanning. There are urgent needs to carry out health education and intervention to control local HIV transmission.
