摘    要:目的了解四川省疾控体系卫生人力资源综合激活能力及其影响因素。方法应用整群抽样方法抽取省、市、县疾控中心49家及其工作人员2138人,进行人力资源能力及影响因素调查和综合分析。结果四川省疾控体系卫生人力资源综合激活能力因子模型包括客观条件感受、主观感受和身心疲惫3个主要公因子成分,共解释原始变量64.87%的信息;客观条件感受因子的大小与疾控机构等级、现从事工作、职务等级有关;主观感受因子与疾控机构等级和工作岗位有关;身心疲劳因子与疾控等级、工作岗位、性别和职务等因素有关。结论四川省疾控体系卫生人力资源综合激活能力包括客观条件感受、主观感受和身心疲惫3个主要方面,受疾控等级、工作岗位、职务和性别等因素的影响。

Abstract:Objective To understand the integrated inspiriting capacity and related factors for health human resource in systems of disease prevention and control in Sichuan. Method By applying whole cluster sampling method, 49 centers and their 2 138 personnel were selected in province, city and county center for disease prevention and control in Sichuan. The integrated inspiriting capacity and related factors for health human resource were investigated in the sampled population. Results The statistical model of integrated inspiriting capacity of human resource included three common factors such as impersonal, personal and tired susceptibility. The amount of 64.87% information of original variables was interpreted by these common factors. The impersonal susceptibility was related grades of framework, job position and headship. The personal susceptibility was related grades of framework, job position. The tired susceptibility was related grades of framework, job position, gender and headship. Conclusion The integrated inspiriting capacity of human resource included three common factors such as impersonal, personal and tired susceptibility in systems of disease prevention and control in Sichuan, which of these were influenced by such factors as grades of framework, job position, gender and headship.
