成都市幼儿家长对家居用品安全认知及行为

目的了解成都市不同地区幼儿家长对家居用品安全认知及行为现状,为降低儿童家庭意外伤害发生率提供建议。方法 2010-11选择成都市12所幼儿园,采用分层和整群抽样方法,调查3 616名幼儿园家长家居用品安全知识、相关行为等状况。结果能正确辨识家居用品安全检查最重要5方面的家长仅占被调查者的0.7%,只有7.2%的家长能正确选择药品治疗不同年龄阶段及不同症状的儿童感冒。吃饭时安静坐着吃的儿童仅占被调查家庭的28.30%,儿童总是在吃东西前征求大人意见的占被调查家庭的25.7%。不同区域家长获得相关知识的途径也有所不同。结论成都市幼儿家长在家居用品安全知识上还存在严重不足,健康行为形成率还较低,教育及卫生部门应针对不同区域的幼儿家长通过不同途径开展针对性的家居安全知识教育,以降低儿童家庭意外伤害风险。

Awareness and Behavior on Household Product Safety of Preschool Children’s Parents in Chengdu

Objective To provide advice for the reduction of children’s accidental injury that occurred at home by understanding the current status of awareness and behaviors of pre-school children’s parents on household product safety.Methods A total of 3 616 parents in 12 kindergartens were selected with stratified cluster sampling for a questionnaire survey on household product safety.Results Among the parents investigated,0.7% of them gave the right answers on all the 5 most important aspects of household product safety;only 7.2% of them did the right matching between medications and cold in different age and with different symptoms.Among their children,28.03% children could sit quietly while eating;25% children always ask for parents’ opinion before eating.The accesses to relevant knowledge of parents in different regions were differed.Conclusion There is a serious lack of knowledge on household product security of the preschool children’s parents in Chengdu,with low forming rate of healthy behaviors.The education and health sector should carry out various home safety education address to the different regions where parents come from,to reduce the risk of accidental injury of children.
