四川省农村社区健康教育现状调查分析

目的　了解四川省农村社区健康教育现状及需求 ,为制定切实可行的农村健康教育规划、实施策略以及相关卫生政策、法规提供依据。方法　采用问卷调查和专题小组讨论法 ,对 15～ 6 4岁农民、农村初中学生和小学生以及乡村医生和县乡村有关领导进行调查。结果　四川省农村健康教育网络不健全 ;农村人群健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率比较低。结论　四川省农村社区健康教育工作亟待加强

Survey on Current Situation of Health Education in Rural areas of Sichuan Province

Objective To understand the current situation and demand of health edu cation in rural areas of Sichuan Province and so as to provide foundation for es tablishing feasible programs,implementary strategies, health policies and codes related to health education in rural areas. Method Farmers aged 15-64 years old , junior high school students, elementary school pupils, village doctors and som e leaders of county, township and village level were investigated by questionnai res and focus group discussions. Result The network of health ed ucation in rural areas of Sichuan Province was not perfect. Both the understanding rate of healt h knowledge and the formative rate of health-related behavior were low. Conclusion It is urgent to strengthen the health education works in rural areas of Si chuan province.
