摘    要:建立动物模型对于疾病致病机理、疫苗研制、药物筛选都具有重要意义。疾病动物模型的建立不仅与病原体的特性有关,还涉及到动物的种类。至今,用于轮状病毒感染的动物模型尚且不多,具有敏感性又适用于大多数毒株的,能完全模拟人的致病过程的实验动物还不确定,给轮状病毒疫苗及治疗药物的研发带来了很大的不便。为推进寻求理想的轮状病毒实验动物模型,查阅近几年国内外关于轮状病毒感染动物模型种类、利用轮状病毒感染动物模型进行的相关实验研究进展以及相关的文献报道,并对其进行了总结分析,为将来可能的优化、选择轮状病毒感染动物模型提供理论参考依据。

Abstract:The establishment of animal models is of great significance for the pathogenesis of diseases,vaccine development,and drug screening.The establishment of animal models of diseases is not only related to the characteristics of pathogens,but also to the species of animals.So far,there are not many animal models for rotavirus infection,and experimental animals that are sensitive and suitable for most strains and can completely simulate human pathogenic processes are still uncertain,which has brought great inconvenience for the development of vaccines and drugs to treat rotavirus.In order to advance the search for an ideal experimental animal model of rotavirus,we consult the domestic and foreign research on the types of animal models of rotavirus infection,related experimental research progress and related literature reports using rotavirus infection animal models in recent years,and perform a summary on related literature.The summary analysis aims to provide a theoretical basis for possible optimization and selection of animal models of rotavirus infection in the future.
